Arrival
Nous faisons notre possible pour permettre aux locataires d'accéder au logement le plus rapidement possible, en général, entre 12h et 14h
Departure
Nous demandons aux locataires de libérer l'appartement à 10h. Au cas ou il n'y aurait pas de locataires en suivant, nous tolérons une aisance sur la journée.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Dès la réservation, nous demandons la moitié de la somme en garantie. Le reste est dû au maximum trois semaines avant l'arrivée des locataires. Un cheque de caution de 300 euros sera demandé a l'arrivée, et sera rendu en totalité si rien n'a été détérioré.
